I'm in Mt. Vernon, Washington today for the second part of a two day class working toward the NAR designation Senior Real Estate Specialist. The class is well taught. More on that another time. What's going on in Mt.Vernon is a little exciting too.
Each year April is designated Tulip Festival month. The fields for miles around in this Skagit Valley will be nothing but waves of color. What a sight.
Today only the tulip chimney stands but this town is buzzing with preparation.
