I've heard one report that claims interest will stay low because there is little demand for money these days. Now that a new jobs bill has passed, will the demand go up? There are many reasons for the rates to rise. How many reasons do you have for not stepping up to buy that investment property now, or to move to a home in the neighborhood you've been dreaming about.
