There is a kitchen with an eating area and a small deck off the back of the house which is a perfect spot for the grill. This home was built in 1985 and has been well maintained by the owner. There is a fireplace in the living room. The yard is low maintenance. There is a dog run on the side of the house and the siding is real cedar. This Lake Washington view property is located on a street that does not go through. No traffic, no traffic noise.

I'd be happy to show it to you anytime. Give me a call and we'll both go over and enjoy the view.

I've seen that house, and it's pretty sweet. And, of course, the view is fabulous.

Cedar Park is an under-appreciated part of Seattle - it's secluded, quiet, peaceful; what's not to love?!

Mack - That house was originally listed at $650,000 with a nearby comp. It should be screaming at someone now.

Looks like your market fares better than ours. Good price point for this house. What a view. Good luck with this listing

Thanks, John. It is at an amazing price now but for some reason is getting passed by. Buyers need to look at long market times as an advantage to them.
