1760 NW 62nd Street is new on market and the first open house is 9/19/2010
This is one of Seattle's best locations for economical living. Walk Score is 86 and biking is friendly. This 1941 three bedroom two bath home will be open Sunday 9/19/10 from 1:00-4:00. Stop by for a visit if you're in the neighborhood.
NWMLS # 130977

The living room has a unique and beautiful tile fireplace plus the usual hardwood floors and coved ceiling.

The remodeled kitchen has a ceramic tile floor and eating bar that overlooks the nicely planted front yard.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor with hardwood floors. One of them has French doors leading to the back deck and yard.

The young man I sold this home to eight years ago got married a while back and his wife insisted that they remodel the basement. What an exquisite job. Besides the cosmetics, they've upgraded the mechanical systems as well.
Stop by and see me. Inventory is good and interest rates are low. Is now the time for you to move into a home of your own?

Nice listing! Good luck and much success to you on your open house.
What a beautiful home, good luck with the open house! Have a great weekend too;)
Anthony - Thank you.
Erika - It's always a pleasure to sit a good looking, well prepared, well priced house open.
Glenn: Looks very nice -- I'm curious about the price. And for what it's worth, there was a recent blog suggesting we put the MLS Number on our posts in case one of our peers has a serious prospect to whom they might be more likely to send information, if it were made easier. That's not a critique, just sharing. Hope you sell it tomorrow!
Tish - Too many places to put ads and blogs. Postlets includes the listing number but I forgot that here. Craigslist asks for the price, so that was don. By the time I got to this I dropped the ball. Price is $440,000.
There are so serious lookers. I expect to have a good open tomorrow.
Glenn: I understand. I was just curious about the price as I am always trying to get a sense of values in other areas of the country. Looks like you are on a roll!!!!!!!! Congratulations. By the way, thank for the Association -- am reciprocating.
