Seattle Residential: I Do That: A Walk on Bainbrige Island

A Walk on Bainbrige Island

A Walk on Bainbridge Island

In This Post

A day of ease.

We took the ferry from Seattle to Bainbridge Island yesterday. First thing we did was walk along the beach and got this picture of the ferry returning to Seattle With Mt Rainier in the distance. Yesterday may have been the best, last, nice day for the northwest this year. We cherish days like this.

Mt Rainier

Later, just before we returned to catch the ferry home the sky lit up just so.

Glenn, Mt. Ranier is most impressive.  Reminds me of Fuji in Japan!

I've seen Fuji briefly from an airplane. Rainier is a friendly sight.

I love Bainbridge - my husband grew up there and we are there quite a bit to see family - great shots, Glenn:)

PS - every time I pass those BS buildings by Roosevelt HS, I think of you - you should write another post and update us on how that is going...

Courtney - Marjie's mother and sister and family live there. I'm surprised I haven't seen you on the ferry one time or another.
