Puget Sound Real Estate Professional Group
A few months ago I read a post by Bob Haywood about a networking group he was involved with. After thinking about it for several days I began discussing the possibility of a local group with Charlie Buell. Soon we were talking with René Fabre and then with Paul McFadden. We've added Kathy Dunn to our group. She's not an Active Rainer yet, but we hope to see her here soon.
Today, we met to finalize how our networking group hopes to operate. Our emphasis will be on customer service. It is our hope that through blogging and social media interaction we will be able to expand our sphere of contacts while helping individuals in the real estate marketplace come to a better understanding of the processes involved with becoming property owners, as well as hold ongoing discussions of market trends here in the Puget Sound area.
My thanks to Bob for the seed of an idea. The Puget Sound Real Estate Professional Group is a Wordpress blog but we will post here as well to keep you updated on our progress in engaging the local community.

Congratulations on your new group -- it sounds as though it has all of the components, goals and people for great success! What a wonderful way to start the New Year!
HI GLENN! Nice looking group - not to mention terrific bloggers! Congrats to you -- and I have been also meaning to congratulate you for winning the Kodak contest! -- G
Tish - Thanks. I'm lucky to have landed with some pretty good people.
Gab - I don't know for sure about looks, but there is a pretty good AR point total represented here.
Hi Glenn....what a great idea.....keep us posted as to how this works....
Excellent idea Glenn..............good luck with the new group. We're trying to put something like that together in the Cleveland area, it will be interesting to see how this works out for all of you.
Barbara - Will do, promise.
Roger - Thanks, I will let you know. Keep working on it. It takes a while.
Awesome stuff Glenn :) Anytime you do something with others to help others, everyone wins :) Way cool. I wish you all much success with your new fun group.
Christina - We hope to garner some readers who are interested in real estate and the long term benefits of owning.
Love the new WP blog....nice sleek look. You can add a few more people and start your own BNI group!
Next time you see Charles, tell him I am still waiting for my kitchen sink points...lol
Cindy in Indy
Cindy - Thanks. We're hoping it amounts to something. Charlie might just be by here and see your comment. Otherwise, I'll ask him. I think I've got some points coming as well.
Glenn, thanks to you for all your work in getting this off the ground---much better job than I was able to do with that dang sink contest :)
@Cindy---AR is still telling me to "hang in there" as to a link so I can access all the entries so that points can be awarded and entries can be judged. I really wish there was more to tell.
Charlie - we're hanging in there too. I don't think anyone is going to pull the plug on you for a point infraction.
Glenn: Nice job! I'm excited about being a part of this group and appreciate your invitation very much!
Paul - Glad to have you aboard. I was impressed with The Legacy Group's operation at our meeting Wednesday. Thanks for hosting.
It's great to form a group like that and bounce ideas of each other.
Jane - We're hoping to bounce some ideas off of some future clients as well.
Best wishes for great success with your networking group. Have a great trip to the mountains today and do share your photographs!
Glenn: Thanks for all your work on this. I'm jazzed and very excited to see where this goes. Great meeting last week. I love starting the new year off with an adventure!
Hi René - Glad to see your profile up. Kathy should have a post up soon. It seems to be going well for a new blog.
