LaVassar Florists in Ravenna

LaVassar Florists in SeattleLaVassar Florists in Ravenna has been a family owned and operated full service floral business since 1968. You'll find them just of NE 75th Street at 20th NE in one of the smallest strip malls in Seattle. LaVassar Florists is now owned and managed by two of the founders' daughters, Judy and Joanne.

I've bought flowers there for over twenty years and have never been disappointed. My company's office, Lake and Company Real Estate has been having flowers delivered weekly for at least ten years. Judy and Joanne consistently deliver interesting bouquets which last and last. They have two vans and their delivery area includes Bellevue, Edmonds, Lynnwood and Seattle.

The LaVassar Florists website is easy to use. Here is an excert:

Trust LaVassar Florist, Inc. to deliver exquisite flowers and gift baskets in Seattle WA.

Glenn ~  This really strikes a chord -- I had a wonderful florist many years ago, before I moved and they were so amazing -- this post makes me remember them longingly!  Delighted to read your testiment to them.

Barbara - That struck me too, and the owners are happy I showed up.

Tish - Flowers from them were delivered to me when I needed them.

You're putting your new camera to good use, Glenn! Fabulous idea to showcase LaVassar Florists at this time of year.

Hi Glenn. Very, very nice Localism post and video. (I like the way you transitioned your video from scene-to-scene. What software did you use?)

And terrariums are coming back in style again, eh? Cool! (Had one of those back when I was in high school.)

Bill, I have the Kodak Zi8 and use the softwear that came with it. There are 6 or 8 transitions to choose from. And yes, by all means, terrariams are green. Get one.
