I love to hide Easter eggs...I find it much easier to find them if I am the one that hid them
Looks like fun! I am feeling a little empty-nesty this year, no kids or grandkids around. More candy for me, though!
Glenn, I think you should be the Easter Bunny next year. Craig Rutman probably has a costume you can borrow.
When my girls were little, I overheard them talking about the Easter Bunny, and one said "who is really the Easter Bunny - Dad?" The other said, 'No, silly, mom is the Easter Bunny - Daddy is the Good Fairy!"
Evidently, one had seen him sneak a $5 under their pillow, got him confused with the Tooth Fairy. :)
Sheila - The edge.
Virginia - We're empty in the est too and the local grandson will be 14 soon. Candy is good.
I don't ever remember going to an Easter Egg Hunt. This looks like fun.
Jeane - It usually rains, but everyone has fun. This year I'll be out of town (looking for sun) so it will probably be quite lovely.
Glenn - my parents used to take us to a town Easter egg hunt and I loved it. I did the same with my son when he was younger, but know at 23, I'd have to stick $10. bills inside the eggs to get him to do it! By the way - you are just too clever! ;=)
Kristine - Hard boiled eggs were quite a concept, once. I don't know how that started, but, plastic? A symbol of what? And now, $10 plastic eggs. Happy meals for two, I guess.
Hello Glenn. It’s that time of year again... when the Easter Bunny’s helpers hide lots of treat-filled eggs. Great localism post! (I need to post about Murrieta’s “Spring EGGstravaganza” being held this Saturday.)
Bill - Spring brings out the best in us, or at least it brings us out.
